Our Story
In December 2018, Kathy White founded Treasure Services with a vision born from personal experience. Growing up in the Golden Triangle, Kathy saw families struggle to find reliable, compassionate care for their elderly and disabled loved ones. She knew there had to be a better way—one that treated every client like family.
What started as a small agency with a handful of caregivers has grown into one of the largest Personal Assistance Services (PAS) providers in Jefferson County, serving nearly 300 caregivers across Southeast Texas. But our mission has stayed the same: provide dignified, compassionate, and reliable in-home care that lets people live independently in their own homes.
Today, we're proud to serve thousands of families through partnerships with major Medicaid plans, the VA, and private pay clients. We're HCSSA licensed, professionally credentialed, and deeply rooted in our community. Every caregiver, every client, every family is treated with the respect and dignity they deserve.
